Freedom of Information Reform (Scotland) Bill
This Member's Bill, was introduced on 2 June 2025 by Katy Clark MSP, to reform Freedom of Information legislation in Scotland.
The Bill aims to strengthen transparency and accountability in Scotland’s public sector by reforming certain parts of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
