Our Conveyancing Conference 2026 is a chance for practitioners to learn more about the legal developments that are influencing the work of conveyancers and offers attendees the opportunity to explore new and innovative ideas to help them improve their practice.

Over the course of two mornings, attendees will hear best practice advice from leading practitioners and benefit from peer-to-peer learning with other conveyancers. We will look at the current state of the property market in Scotland, consider where opportunities lie, and hear presentations on essential legal developments that all conveyancers should be aware of.

Learning outcomes:

  • Understand recent legal developments concerning boundaries, leases, and more
  • Develop client care strategies to provide an excellent customer service
  • Explore the ways in which conveyancers are using legal technology to work efficiently
  • Gain a broader perspective on the state of the property market in Scotland in 2026
