15 new solicitor advocates granted extended rights of audience

The Law Society of Scotland has granted extended rights of audience to 15 new solicitor advocates in two ceremonies held this week.
Law Society President Patricia Thom invited Lord Lake to administer the Declaration of Allegiance at Parliament House in Edinburgh on Wednesday, 18 February and Friday, 20 February.
The new solicitor advocates now have extended rights of audience to appear in the High Court, the Supreme Court and the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.
