Government review of the SARs regime
In the UK Anti-Corruption Plan distributed last December, the Government committed to carrying out a review of the suspicious activity reports (SARs) regime and has recently published a call for information as part of this review.
The full call for information is available on our website.
This presents a valuable opportunity to shape the future of the SARs regime and we have set up a short online survey to allow you to record your views. We will arrange to pass your comments on to the Home Office and your feedback will also help to shape the Society’s own response. Please complete this short survey by 23 March 2015.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Society's financial compliance team.
