Law Society launches new video for first time buyers
The Society has launched a video aimed at the public explaining the process of buying a property in Scotland.
The launch of the video coincides with today's introduction of the Land and Buildings Transaction Tax. It shows the public what they can expect from their solicitor throughout the process and demonstrates the value that a trusted legal advisor brings.
Firms are invited to use the video to help promote themselves to potential clients.
