New Statutory Instrument comes into force for Overseas Entities
A new Statutory Instrument will come into force on 12 January which makes some amendments to the requirements on relevant persons who verify an Overseas Entity in consideration of its registration on the Register of Overseas Entities. Register of Overseas Entities opens
