As the professional body for Scottish solicitors, we are acutely aware of the increasing pressures the legal profession is under when it comes to protecting yourselves and your clients from criminals seeking to abuse your legitimate legal services, for illegitimate purposes. She is also a member and former chair of the Law Society’s Money Laundering Task Force, and co-author of the book – Solicitors and Money Laundering (4th Edition).
