Tony McILvaney, Office of the Children and Young People’s Commissioner Scotland

Tony works with the Commissioner’s Office, who receive notification of all incompatibility questions and issues under the UNCRC (Incorporation) Scotland) Act 2024.  Prior to joining the Commissioner’s Office Tony worked in private practice, as well as with the Scottish Children’s Reporter’s Administration and Children’s Hearings Scotland.
