Jenny Jarman-Williams

Consultant
Turcan Connell

Jenny Jarman-Williams is a consultant in the family law team at Turcan Connell.  A former lecturer and tutor at the University of Edinburgh, she is regularly asked to write on family law topics and to speak at conferences and events, both throughout Scotland and internationally.  Jenny specialises in complex, high-net-worth cases and cohabitation and nuptial agreements, including those with an international element.  Originally trained as a corporate lawyer, she has brought that knowledge to the family law sphere and is often instructed in cases where one or both parties have valuable business interests.  She has spent periods of time living, working and studying abroad in Canada, Japan and Europe and has significant experience of multi-jurisdiction cases.  She was accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in family law in 2019 and is also a Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland (FLAGS) accredited family law arbitrator and a member of the Family Law Association.
