Lynne Moss

Lynne is a Director in our Dispute Resolution team with a focus on health and safety and corporate crime.

Lynne has significant experience advising clients on matters relating to regulatory and financial crime including anti-bribery and corruption and export and sanctions, investigations into breaches, liaising with regulators and police on their behalf and appearing in court. She is recognised as an expert in international sanctions, providing practical advice on how to ensure compliance. She also regularly provides training to boards and management teams on anti-bribery and corruption and export and sanctions compliance.

Lynne is a member of the Health and Safety Lawyers Association, the UK Environmental Law Association and UK Fraud Advisory Panel, and sits on the Lexis Nexis Corporate Crime Expert Panel.
