Nicos has been a practising Solicitor since 1983 and an Accredited Family Mediator since 1995 and is a Senior Partner of MSM Solicitors, Paisley and Glasgow. Nicos has been Secretary of CALM since 2004 and Senior Tutor in Family Law in the Diploma and Legal Practice at Glasgow University since 2011. He is an experienced general practice Solicitor with a particular interest in family law. He has conducted numerous mediations which have involved various family disputes, including: contact and residence arrangements for children; relocation cases; financial division of assets on separation and maintenance. Nicos has also dealt with mediations relating to other family disputes such as division of estates and family businesses.
