Richard Farquhar
Richard graduated in Law from University of Strathclyde in 2003, and joined Shepherd + Wedderburn in 2020 in the role of AML Manager.
Richard formerly worked as a solicitor within the Financial Compliance Department of the Law Society of Scotland and since then has held various in-house solicitor and risk manager roles in firms both north and south of the border. Richard holds a post-graduate diploma in governance, risk and compliance.
He is an observer on the Law Society of England and Wales Money Laundering Task Force and also sits on the Supervisory Committee for the University of Strathclyde Law Clinic.
