Prosecution service embarks on customer survey
A customer survey has been opened by Scotland's Crown Office & Procurator Fiscal Service, seeking views on the information provided and people's impressions of their contact with COPFS.
Said to take five minutes to complete, the survey asks about people's reasons for contacting COPFS, how they made contact, overall satisfaction with service, whether they were treated with respect and professionalism, content of the website, knowledge of COPFS before and after contact, and any suggestions for service improvement.
“We want to hear about your experience of dealing with us”, the COPFS website states. “This survey will give you the opportunity to comment on our service. We will use your feedback to inform changes and improvements so that we can deliver a better service.”
Although the subject of a degree of humorous comment on Twitter about some of the “customers” who might be involved, the survey is a serious exercise.
It is available from 6 to 17 April.
