Aberdein Considine hires banking litigation partner
Aberdein Considine has strengthened its Lender Services Practice Group ("LSPG") with the appointment of Zarvin Vandrewala as a partner in its Banking Litigation team.
Based at Aberdein Considine’s office in Leeds and working with clients across the UK, he moves from Ascent Legal having qualified with Ascent’s sister firm Irwin Mitchell in 2012. He has over 11 years’ experience dealing with complex litigation matters, advising financial services organisations on a range of issues. He has managed Ascent Legal’s secured and unsecured standard teams and has also held the role of operations manager for telephony services.
The Lender Services Practice Group, which includes the banking and finance litigation team, represents the majority of UK banks and financial institutions, including Royal Bank of Scotland, Nationwide Building Society and Lloyds Banking Group.
Aberdein Considine also recently appointed Chris Richardson, a commercial property practitioner formerly with Anderson Strathern, as head of commercial real estate for England & Wales. A specialist in matters including urban regeneration and mixed use development, he will be based in Edinburgh.
