Addleshaw Goddard makes double Corporate partner hire

International law firm Addleshaw Goddard has recruited two new partners to its Corporate team in Scotland.

Derek McCombe and Iain Sutherland join the firm's Glasgow office from Dentons. Mr Sutherland was previously head of Dentons Corporate Department in Scotland and has a particular focus on private equity transactions, as well as M&A, MBOs/MBIs, venture capital, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. Mr McCombe was head of the Dentons UK & Ireland Retail practice and has also specialised in M&A, PE/VC transactions and corporate restructurings.
