Road Traffic Accident Law (Scotland) has announced a series of appointments and promotions.
Jo Clancy has joined as an associate from Thorntons, to work on cycling and pedestrian injury claims. A keen cyclist herself, she has an enthusiasm and drive for sport and exercise which drives her to help injured clients.
Thomas Mitchell and Zara Jones have both been promoted to senior solicitor. Mr Mitchell has competed across a number of different cycling disciplines, and is also an IAM advanced motorist and motorcyclist. Ms Jones keeps fit as a walker, runner and cyclist.
Jack Adair and Jude Wilson, both active cyclists, have also joined the legal team as trainees.
Partner Jodi Gordon, welcoming the new additions, commented: "With the huge growth in cycling over the past couple of years and the future growth in micro-mobility, we have continued to invest in people who are passionate about helping their clients because they can empathise with them. Providing a specialist service for vulnerable road users is what we do and, to be a specialist, you must know what it’s like to be out there on two wheels."
