Balfour+Manson hires commercial disputes partner

Balfour+Manson has strengthened its Commercial Disputes team by recruiting Daniel Bain as a partner.

Mr Bain was previously a legal director at Shepherd and Wedderburn, where he had been since he was a trainee. Specialising in commercial dispute resolution, he has extensive experience of advising clients on contentious property and contractual matters, acting for a range of clients in both the private and public sectors and using a variety of dispute resolution methods.
