BTO figures show dip in latest year
BTO Solicitors saw revenue and profits both down in its year to 31 March 2019, the Herald reports today.
Turnover was slightly down, from £18.4m to £18.1m, while profits fell from £6.4m to £5.1m.
Chairman David Gibson, who took over from April 2019, attributed a rise in administration costs from £4.4m to more than £5m partly to investment in new IT systems.
The firm, which acquired Helensburgh practice Raeburn Hope last July, is seeking further opportunities to expand.
