Burness Paull hires media and entertainment specialist

Burness Paull has recruited a media, entertainment and sports specialist as a partner in its Technology & Commercial division.

Fraser MacKinven, who worked in the independent law firm’s Corporate Finance team earlier in his career, rejoins from Abu Dhabi-based Flash Entertainment, where he was general counsel and company secretary. He also previously spent five years with magic circle firm Clifford Chance.

Flash Entertainment is the Abu Dhabi Government’s strategic sports and entertainment group, responsible for delivering high profile music, sports and cultural events in the United Arab Emirates.
