Caroline Fraser joins Lindsays as partner
Lindsays has appointed Caroline Fraser as a partner in the firm’s Dundee office.
Ms Fraser joins the company's Private Client team in the city from Miller Hendry, where she had worked for 14 years.
A graduate of Dundee University, she is known for her work in private client matters, from wills and powers of attorney, to issues surrounding care and inheritance tax.
Ms Fraser said: “I am excited to join and be part of the firm’s growth both in Dundee and generally.
“One of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic has been to highlight the real need for all of us to be prepared for every eventuality in life and to ensure that our affairs are in order, including with wills, powers of attorney and life planning generally for the benefit of ourselves and our families. Everyone’s circumstances are different and it’s only with considered professional advice that the most appropriate arrangements can be put in place. I get a great deal of satisfaction from helping people do this.”
Alasdair Cummings, managing partner at Lindsays, added: “We are delighted to welcome Caroline to the team. Her appointment is yet another example of our aim here at Lindsays to attract the finest legal talent to work with us.”
