Brian Sher, partner and head of Competition & Trade at CMS, commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Wendy to the firm. Her appointment builds on the recent promotion of Jacqueline Vallat to partner and reconfirms our commitment to developing a first-class competition and trade practice in the UK.
