Corporate partner hire for Gillespie Macandrew

Gillespie Macandrew has made a lateral partner hire with corporate and accredited charity law specialist Alan Gilfillan joining the firm. 

Mr Gilfillan, who originally trained with Gillespie Macandrew, returns to the firm from Balfour+Manson with 13 years’ experience advising businesses and charities on a wide range of corporate legal matters, from formation and fund raising to restructuring and sale. He has also worked at the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator (OSCR).

At Gillespie Macandrew he joins the three partner Corporate & Banking team, while also working with the Charities team led by Lianne Lodge.
