Demo session offered for revised SCTS caveat service

Civil Online users are invited to see the latest changes to the caveat service offered by the Scottish Courts & Tribunals Service.

A demonstration session will take place on 31 July 2023 at 2pm. The demonstration should take about 30 minutes, with time available afterwards for questions.

Users with an SCTS credit account can now do the following:

• track live caveats and when they expire;
• submit one caveat to multiple courts;
• renew caveats in bulk.

It is no longer necessary to contact the Civil Lab to obtain access to the caveats portal. It is now held in Civil Online for those with an SCTS credit account.
