Double partner hire for Burness Paull family law launch

Burness Paull has made a double lateral partner hire as it launches a new family law offering.

Richard Smith, who will lead the newly-formed team, and Jennifer Wilkie are joining the firm from Brodies. Both are accredited as specialists in family law and also as family law mediators. Mr Smith regularly advises professionals and members of the business community, and has acted for a number of high profile individuals; Ms Wilkie has a particular interest and expertise in international related issues.
