DWF hires director for Scottish insurance practice
Global legal firm DWF has recruited insurance litigator Lynne Macfarlane as a director in its Scottish insurance practice.
Ms Macfarlane, a solicitor advocate, joins from Clyde & Co, with which or its legacy firm Simpson & Marwick she has spent the entire 20 years of her legal career to date. She has extensive experience in defending leading insurers against employers’ liability, public liability, catastrophic injury, road traffic accidents, product liability and regulatory claims.

She is a senior and experienced insurance litigator who will add substantial breadth to our insurance legal services provision, for the benefit of insurer clients both in Scotland and further afield."
Ranking recognition
