DWF hires Scotland employment law head
Global legal firm DWF has appointed Ann Frances Cooney as a partner to head its employment practice in Scotland.
Ms Cooney joins from Addleshaw Goddard, where she was a legal director and head of the Glasgow employment team. At DWF, she will also be based in Glasgow. She has specialised exclusively in employment law for over 15 years, and has great experience advising on all forms of agreements, workforce restructuring, industrial relations, international mobility, discrimination, disciplinary, performance and ill health matters, as well as in tribunal appearances.
She is also an experienced employment law trainer and regular speaker at specialist seminars for HR professionals and in-house lawyers.
