Five partner promotions at Brodies

Brodies has appointed five new partners in the latest round of internal promotions at the biggest Scottish-headquartered law firm.

Oil and gas lawyer Laura Petrie, personal and family solicitor Jessica Flowerdew, corporate and commercial lawyers Grant Strachan and Robert Ross, and real estate lawyer Danny George all make the step up to partner.

Brodies now has nearly 800 people working across its offices in Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Inverness, Glasgow and London, a 3% increase on last year. The firm is finalising plans for the refurbishment of its Aberdeen and Glasgow offices, having moved last year to new offices in Edinburgh and Inverness.
