Former clerk sues Faculty for unfair dismissal
The former head of one of the stables at the Faculty of Advocates is bringing a claim for unfair dismissal against the Faculty, the Herald reports today.
Susan Hastie, a clerk for more than 25 years and the name behind the former Hastie Stable, has brought the claim against Faculty Services Ltd, the company that provides administrative services to advocates.
