Four hires show Shoosmiths' Scottish growth intentions
National law firm Shoosmiths has underlined its strategic intent in the Scotland by announcing the appointment of two new partners and two associates.
Kim Pattullo has joined Shoosmiths as partner and head of its Employment team in Edinburgh. Moving from Addleshaw Goddard where she led the Employment team in Edinburgh, she is an expert in restructuring/reorganisations with 25 years' experience in employment law.
Fiona Cameron has been appointed as a banking partner in Glasgow, working with Alison Gilson, partner and head of Corporate for Shoosmiths in Scotland. A specialist in finance and banking, she focuses on real estate finance, asset finance and general corporate banking. She joins from Brodies where she was a managing associate.
Shoosmiths' two new associates, both in the Real Estate team, are Jacqueline Alleyne, previously at Wright Johnston & Mackenzie in Glasgow, who will focus on housebuilding, general development, investment work and renewable energy projects, and Collette Gibson, who joins from Curle Stewart and Lindsays in Glasgow and will support Fiona Cameron and real estate partner Barry McKeown on real estate finance projects, investment work and residential development briefs.
