Four promoted at Complete Clarity Solicitors

Complete Clarity Solicitors and Simplicity Legal has promoted four of its solicitors to more senior roles.

Sinead Machin has been promoted to senior associate in the Glasgow-headquartered firm, while Siobhan Brown, Scott Stevenson and Linzi McQuade all become senior solicitors.

The firm has established a system of attracting talent from non-traditional routes, typically hiring diploma students and bringing them on to be legal assistants, then trainees before fully qualifying as solicitors. Both Ms Machin and Mr Stevenson first joined the firm as legal assistants, the latter while still studying for his law degree.
