Gilson Gray acquires East Lothian practice

Gilson Gray has acquired East Lothian-based Practical Legal Solutions, to add to its property practice.

Gill Maclean, the former owner of Practical Legal Solutions, will join Gilson Gray as a consultant, based in the North Berwick office. 

Ms Maclean launched Practical Legal Solutions 15 years ago. Her client base is weighted to SMEs, with a focus on commercial and residential properties.
