MacDonald Lynch acquires Archer Coyle in Glasgow merger
Glasgow Southside legal practice MacDonald Lynch has acquired Muirend firm Archer Coyle.
Liz Coyle and Gordon Dangerfield, founding partners at Archer Coyle, will join MacDonald Lynch as consultants and their existing employee will transfer to the new operation. The expanded firm also expects to hire additional staff in the coming months as it seeks to grow its presence in the area.
MacDonald Lynch was established in 2021 by Elaine MacDonald, when she acquired the practice of Lynch & Co, subsequently expanding and rebranding it as MacDonald Lynch.
Now led by partners Elaine MacDonald, Colin Carr and Robert Telfer, the firm provides a range of legal and property services through its association with Lanarkshire based Residence Estate Agents & Letting Agents.
Ms MacDonald commented: "We are delighted to welcome Archer Coyle into the MacDonald Lynch group. This acquisition represents a significant milestone for our firm as we continue to grow and establish ourselves as a trusted legal partner in Glasgow and beyond."
Ms Coyle added: "We believe that MacDonald Lynch is the perfect fit to take over our practice. Elaine and her team have already built a strong reputation in the legal community, and we are certain that our clients will be in good hands."
