MacRoberts promotes two to partnership

MacRoberts has announced the promotion of two new partners, Bonar Mercer in Corporate Finance and Kenny Scott in its Employment team.

Mr Mercer specialises in corporate law, focusing on transactional work including mergers, acquisitions and investments. He has particular experience in healthcare, financial services and energy, advising owner-managed businesses, corporate acquirers, PLCs, investors and public sector bodies. 

Mr Scott, an accredited specialist in employment law, advises a wide range of employers across employment law and HR matters, including workplace disputes, discrimination, whistleblowing and employment data protection issues as well as organisational change, the employment aspects of insolvency situations and tailored employment law training for managers.
