Mental health resources out for Time to Talk Day
A day to get people talking about mental health is being held tomorrow, 4 February, and materials are being circulated to support the event.
Time to Talk Day is led by Time to Change and supported by LawCare, and is designed to encourage open conversations, which can make a big impact on whether people feel supported, as well as breaking down stigma.
This year’s focus is on "the power of small", because, LawCare says, "however you have a conversation about mental health – whether it’s a quick text to a friend, a virtual coffee morning with colleagues, or a socially distanced walk and talk with your family – it has the power to make a big difference".
Resources can be downloaded from Time to Change, and LawCare also has a range of resources at this link.
