Morton Fraser in UK Top 10 Law Firms to Work For

Independent Scottish law firm Morton Fraser has been named one of the Top 10 Best Law Firms to Work For in the UK-wide Best Companies to Work For 2021 lists.

The firm, which employs over 250 people in its Edinburgh and Glasgow offices, is the only Scottish law firm named in the Top 10 list, which aims to celebrate and showcase excellence in workplace engagement.

Morton Fraser was also ranked 24th in the Top Companies to Work For in Scotland. These results follow a year in which the firm's gender pay gap continued to reduce (by over a third in total since 2018).
