Morton Fraser MacRoberts merger completes

Morton Fraser and MacRoberts have completed their merger, the combined practice becoming one of Scotland’s largest independent law firms.

The new firm, Morton Fraser MacRoberts, employs more than 250 solicitors across offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow, with annual revenues of £46m.

CEO Chris Harte commented: “We have been delighted by the strong and positive reaction from our people and our clients. Now the merger is complete, the time has come to move from theory to practice, and from promises to action.
