Morton Fraser reports best revenue figure

Morton Fraser has reported its best annual revenue figure of £25.7m for the year ending 30 April 2023.

The figure represents an increase of 8% year on year, and 25% over the last two years. 

A bonus of 6% of annual salary has been announced and, as in previous years, this will be paid to all staff.

The Edinburgh and Glasgow based firm said demand had been strong across all disciplines, with double-digit growth in its corporate, employment and private client practice areas.

Morton Fraser recently rolled out a bespoke coaching and mentoring programme for future business leaders, and was named in the "Top 15 Best Law Firms to Work For in the UK" in the "Best Companies to Work For 2022" list.

Chief executive Chris Harte commented: "We're delighted with these results, which are testament to the hard work of our people and the confidence and support of our clients."
