Mov8 promotes Tracy McAlpine

Mov8 Real Estate has announced the promotion of Tracy McAlpine to director of New Build and Intermediary Services.

Ms McAlpine joined MOV8 in April 2019 as head of New Build & Intermediary Conveyancing, having moved into new build work from a residential conveyancing paralegal position and specialised in working with the leading national house builders. Her team has also developed expertise in the field of specialist lending such as First Home Fund and Help to Buy, and is one of the leading firms in Scotland by volume of specialist lending.
