Partner and senior associate promotions at Aberdein Considine
Aberdein Considine has announced the promotions of a new partner and senior associate, both at the legal firm’s headquarters in Aberdeen.
Gemma Perfect, has been promoted from associate to partner in the Commercial Real Estate team, while Carly Stewart has advanced to senior associate in Dispute Resolution.
Ms Perfect, joined Aberdein Considine as a trainee solicitor in 2007, specialises primarily in commercial property matters, dealing with acquisitions and disposals, as well as commercial leasing, residential developments and bank security and financing. She also has expertise in residential property transactions and complex corrective conveyancing.
Ms Stewart joined the firm as an associate in 2019. With over 15 years’ experience in commercial litigation, she qualified as a civil court solicitor advocate in 2011. Much of her career has been involved with advising oil and gas related clients as well as those in the construction and insurance industries.
