Pensions partner appointment at CMS

International law firm CMS has appointed Jae Fassam as a partner in its Pensions team, based in the Edinburgh office. 

Mr Fassam, who joins from Pinsent Masons, advises in relation to all aspects of pensions law with particular expertise in investment, financial services, energy, infrastructure and the public sector, as well as regulatory investigations and the pensions aspects of M&A. He is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers’ Investment & DC Subcommittee. 

His appointment brings to 18 the UK partner count across CMS’s Pensions practice.
