Pinsent Masons increases revenue to £605.9m
The law firm Pinsent Masons has unveiled a 14% revenue increase to £605.9m in its 2022/23 financial year end results.
During the past year, the firm has also exceeded its 20% minority ethnic UK trainee target, achieving 21.4%.
It has also advanced senior leadership gender parity following the appointment of Philippa Beck to Melbourne office head, creating an all-female leadership team for the firm’s Australian three office network.
The firm has recruited apprentices to the Paralegal Centre of Excellence and broadened access to law via the firm’s SQE career pathway collaboration with legal intelligence provider Lexis Nexis. Six paralegals have progressed to accepting training contracts with Pinsent Masons this year.
And Glasgow-based Partner and former global head of Pinsent Masons’ 900-strong Risk Advisory Group, Laura Cameron, was elected as the firm’s first female managing partner.
In addition, five of the 25 lawyers promoted to the firm’s Partnership were based in Scotland.
