Pinsent Masons makes oil and gas partner hire
Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has appointed oil and gas specialist Bruce McLeod as a partner based in its Aberdeen office.
Mr McLeod joins from Burness Paull, having been a partner there and at legacy firm Paull & WIlliamsons for the past 17 years. He also previously worked in a commercial management role with BP. He has an extensive track record advising on oil and gas infrastructure and M&A negotiations, and has been central to a number of innovative deals, particularly in the UK and Egypt.
