Promotion and appointment for MacRoberts' Dundee office
Legal firm MacRoberts has announced a double boost for its Dundee office with the promotion of property lawyer Kyle Moir to the partnership and the appointment of private client specialist Chris Gardiner.
Mr Moir deals with all types of property work including development site acquisition and disposal, funding and securities, leasing, investment property purchase and sales, portfolio acquisition and disposal and private and social housing developments.
Mr Gardiner brings extensive experience advising individuals and families on asset protection and tax efficient succession planning. He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
