RCCW promotes three to residential property partner
North east legal firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace has promoted three members of its Residential Property team to partner.
Anne Littlejohn, who joined RCCW in 2012, and Gavin Cooper, who came to the firm the following year, are both based at the firm’s property shop in Aberdeen's Union Street. They are joined by Scott Rennie, who joined RCCW as an associate in 2019 when the firm took over Connons of Stonehaven and who is still based in the branch there.
Head of Residential Property Bill Barclay commented: “These recent promotions recognise the natural evolution of the careers of talented colleagues who have been instrumental in the growth of our Residential Property team. It reflects our 30% increase in property transaction volume, driven primarily by the demand for out of town living/hybrid working, as well as our overall increase in market share post-pandemic [Aberdeen Solicitors Property Centre 2022 figures]. We are delighted that they are joining the partnership and wish them every success in their new roles.”
Managing partner Callum McDonald added: “These internal promotions demonstrate the skill and experience which we have within our existing workforce and we look forward to all three joining our partnership.”
RCCW now has 15 partners and 119 staff across its branch network.
