Renewables partner hire for Anderson Strathern
Legal firm Anderson Strathern has appointed commercial real estate and renewables specialist Dixcee Fast as a partner.
Ms Fast, who was previously a trainee and associate at the firm, which she rejoins from Eversheds Sutherland, has made her name in relation to clean energy projects including wind, solar, wave and tidal, from both the developer and landowner perspective. She will work alongside partners Gavin Thain and Deborah Lovell and across the firm’s Energy and Commercial Real Estate teams, for clients such as Crown Estate Scotland, which manages a wide range of assets including foreshore and seabed rights.
Bruce Farquhar, Anderson Strathern’s chair commented: "We’re really pleased to have Dixcee back in the fold at the firm. Dixcee was always one of our most talented young lawyers, has taken her career to the next level over the last few years, and is a real asset for us given her expertise in what is one of the most exciting and active sectors of industry, one that is also integral to our offering at Anderson Strathern."
Anderson Strathern currently has 53 partners and recently reported revenues of £26.2m for the year to 31 August 2021, up from £23.3m the previous year.
