SCTS offers feedback session on new portal

A drop-in feedback session on the new Civil Online portal has been arranged by Scottish Courts & Tribunals Service to obtain feedback from external users.

The new portal went live on 31 May, following a 12 month project to create an updated and more user friendly portal, coinciding with the updated Simple Procedure Rules. Using technologies such as Microsoft Azure Cloud, which offers new more secure ways for users to sign-in and access their information, it is being continually designed and enhanced to reduce paper-based processes with digital capabilities.

The feedback session has been arranged for Wednesday 14 June at 15:00, to take place via WebEx. Solicitors who wish to attend can do so by using this link. 

SCTS has produced Civil Online login guidance to assist users with the new login process. It advises users to remove any old Civil Online bookmarks and favourites, clear cache and cookies. If any login issues are experienced, they should check with their technical team or contact SCTS helpdesk.
