Simon Mayberry to head Balfour+Manson Employment team

Balfour+Manson has boosted its Employment team with the arrival of Simon Mayberry as partner and head of the team, and Kenzie Howard as a solicitor.

Mr Mayberry, who was previously at Shoosmiths, is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in employment law. He has worked in a variety of industries, with clients in hospitality, charities, sports and manufacturing, and has litigated up to the appeal courts. He is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and a board trustee of Carr Gomm, a large Scottish care charity.

Kenzie Howard has joined the firm from specialist employment firm WorkNest.
