Six associate promotions at Shepherd & Wedderburn
Shepherd & Wedderburn has promoted six solicitors to associate, four of whom joined the firm as trainees.
Leigh Herd (Contentious Construction), Emma Guthrie (Property & Infrastructure), Katy Fitzpatrick (Banking & Finance), Nathaniel Buckingham (Contentious Construction), Andrew Winton (Commercial Disputes & Regulation) and James Bulpitt (Banking & Finance) will assume their new roles on 1 October.
The first four all originally joined the firm as trainees; Mr Buckingham is also a chartered civil engineer. Mr Winton and Mr Bulpitt – who had a previous career in the automotive sector – have both come to Shepherd & Wedderburn since qualifying as solicitors.
Congratulating the six, managing partner Andrew Blain commented: “It is particularly pleasing to see the achievements of so many former Shepherd & Wedderburn trainees recognised in our latest round of promotions. I wish them every success as they embark on the next stage of their careers at Shepherd & Wedderburn and continue to build the relationships of trust with clients that we value so highly.”
