Solicitor advocate Tony Jones QC calls as barrister
Brodies solicitor advocate Tony Jones QC has been called to the Bar of England & Wales.
In a ceremony at the Middle Temple, Mr Jones became a barrister with rights to represent clients in all courts in England & Wales.
As a solicitor advocate he enjoys similar rights in the higher civil courts in Scotland, including the Court of Session and the UK Supreme Court.
Accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in both professional negligence law and construction law, he frequently represents clients in property, professional negligence, construction, corporate and contract disputes.
Brodies' senior associate Fiona McLeod and associate David Ford were also recently introduced to the Court of Session as civil solicitor advocates.
