SYLA sets AGM date and invites committee applications

The Scottish Young Lawyers' Association will hold its annual general meeting at 6pm on Thursday 27 May 2021.

All SYLA members are welcome to attend the meeting, which will be held virtually via Zoom, but are asked to register at least 48 hours in advance, at this link.

The AGM will elect a new committee for 2021-22. There are four office bearer and seven other committee posts to fill. Current President Ayla Iridag is standing down.

Anyone wishing to stand for election should submit a 60 second video to introduce themselves, which will be shown during the AGM. Further information is on the registration web page.

SYLA welcomes members from all areas of Scotland. The committee meets monthly (between September and May), though is at present conducting all meetings virtually.
